Echernwand Klettersteig - Hallstatt, Austria - video
I climbed the via ferrata on the Echernwand rock wall at dusk. This route is located above one of Austria's most beautiful lakes, and above Hallstatt. The iron climbing route was quite challenging at times, with the most exciting section being the Roll-dachl, an exposed rock formation, shaped like a nose.
The most beautiful view can be enjoyed from the top of the Panorama ladder, as well as from the World Heritage viewpoint next to the Rudolf Tower. The viewpoint extends slightly over the lake. Anyone who comes here, should not forget their camera and selfie stick at home. :-)
