Hili cove iron path - Turda Gorges 24.02 km away
While the first time I climbed this via ferrata in the morning, now I climbed it in the light of the setting sun. The red-dressed rocks created a special atmosphere, and I could admire the sunset from the top of the climbing route. Although I prefer the sunrise more, because it lasts longer. :-)
Black Rocks iron path - Bihor Mountains 65.19 km away
Black Rocks is located in the Bihor Mountains, near the Vartop Saddle, to the west of it. It is interesting that the locals (if I understood correctly) do not know this name, but use the name Piatra Buna (meaning Good Stone) for this spectacular rock.

SkiGyimes ski slope Lunca de Sus 191.08 km away
It is well-known that in Rimetea, due to the Piatra Secuiului (Szekler's Rock) mountain, the Sun rises twice. However, perhaps few know that in Lunca de Sus, the Sun sets three times. :-) This can be experienced on the Ski Gyimes slopes during the afternoon skiing.
Banita Gorges and Banita rock bridge 106.87 km away
They say about this place that only very few people know about it, but that's not true. In fact, most nature lovers have heard of it, seen pictures taken here, even if not everyone has been able to come here. Since it has been talked about everywhere, and it has been advertised, I have also been planning to come here for years.
Corcoaia Gorges Gorj county 153.65 km away
The Corcoaia Gorge is one of the most beautiful tourist attractions in the Cerna Valley. It can be reached by car, 43 km away from Baile Herculane, of which about 17 km is on a dusty gravel road. The spectacular part of the gorge is relatively short, about 300 m.
Trift valley, bridge, lake and glacier Gadmen, Switzerland 1154.05 km away
During the hike in Trift Valley, I experienced cloudy and gloomy weather with intermittent rain. Here is the 170 m long Trift Bridge, the longest pedestrian suspension bridge in the Swiss Alps, in a breathtaking environment, 100 meters above the Trift Glacier Lake.
Hias Klettersteig Silberkarklamm, Ramsau am Dachstein 748.84 km away
The Hias Klettersteig in the Silberkarklamm gorge is the first of the three via ferrata routes, and perhaps the easiest to complete. Two cable bridges and a few trickier sections make it interesting, but it is truly impressive due to the view of the narrow gorge.
Handeckfallbrücke, Gelmerbahn, Gelmersee Schweiz 1157.45 km away
Although the path from the Gelmerbahn parking bypasses the Handeckfall waterfall, it is worth descending a few steps from the valley station of the funicular, to reach Handeckfallbrücke. A 70-meter long suspension bridge that hangs 70 meters above the gorge, offering a spectacular view of the waterfall.
Via ferrata Tatabánya 405.4 km away
I climbed Kata! Who is Kata? Kata is a very talented, beautiful, but mainly extreme lady from Tatabánya. More specifically, she is Hungary's most difficult via ferrata climbing route. :-)

The Lednica via ferrata is located next to the Saeva Dupka Cave, near the village of Brestnitsa in Bulgaria. The trail leading to the via ferrata, which opened in 2007, starts from the cave parking lot next to a covered resting area.
Echernwand Klettersteig Hallstatt, Austria 755.67 km away
I climbed the via ferrata on the Echernwand rock wall at dusk. This route is located above one of Austria's most beautiful lakes, and above Hallstatt. The iron climbing route was quite challenging at times, with the most exciting section being the Roll-dachl, an exposed rock formation, shaped like a nose.
Les Gorges de la Méouge France 1398.33 km away
Following today's climb, I experienced the soothing pleasure of immersing myself in the turquoise waters of the Méouge creek, in the pond beneath a waterfall. If you find yourself in Sisteron or Grenoble, do not miss the opportunity to explore the magnificent Méouge valley near Ribiers. And do not leave your swimwear behind.
Via ferrata de la Grande Fistoire France 1374.08 km away
Because I lost the footage I made the first time (don't buy SD cards from Alibaba!), at the end of June I visited this great and exciting via ferrata again. It has a 59-meter long suspension bridge (one of the longest in the Alps), at 200 m height, and a 32-meter long, uncomfortably swinging Nepalese bridge.
