L'Escale á Peille iron path - Alpes-Maritimes, France
One of the challenging via ferratas in the Maritime Alps is the L'Escale a Peille. One of its elements is a steel cobweb, where you can feel like you're hanging in the air.

Dachstein Gams klettersteig - Austria
The Dachstein Gams is a new via ferrata route on Krippenstein. It has three parts: Himmeleck (A/B), Gams (C), and Nordwand (E).

Black Rocks iron path - Bihor Mountains
Black Rocks is located in the Bihor Mountains, near the Vartop Saddle, to the west of it. It is interesting that the locals (if I understood correctly) do not know this name, but use the name Piatra Buna (meaning Good Stone) for this spectacular rock.

Iron path - Harghita-Madaras

Schulter Anstieg klettersteig - Hoher Dachstein, Austria
Two iron paths lead to the top of the Hoher Dachstein. The Randkluft is shorter, but can only be reached through a glacier with cracks.

Rossloch Klettersteig - Leopoldsteiner See
The D/E difficulty Rossloch via ferrata is situated at the top of the 900-meter-high Seemauer cliff, overlooking the Leopoldsteiner See in the western part of the Hochschwab mountain range. It is designed for experienced via ferrata climbers, and complements the already impressive Emperor Franz Joseph via ferrata, as the two routes can be connected.

Astragalus iron path in winter - Glod Stone, Munticelu
The official website of the Sugau Gorges published information about a new via ferrata climbing route named Astragalus. Sugau Gorges - Munticelu is a nature conservation area part of Natura 2000 located in Neamt County, which borders Harghita County.

Via ferrata Adventure Climb Varmost - Italia
I participated in a joint, Szekler-Italian 'military exercise' on the Adventure Climb Varmost via ferrata. :-) The iron climbing route is located in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region, in the Carnic Alps, and it leads up to the summit of Clap Varmost above Forni di Sopra.

Hias Klettersteig - Silberkarklamm, Ramsau am Dachstein
The Hias Klettersteig in the Silberkarklamm gorge is the first of the three via ferrata routes, and perhaps the easiest to complete. Two cable bridges and a few trickier sections make it interesting, but it is truly impressive due to the view of the narrow gorge.
